Terms of Use
These terms set the general rules for using the IxaPro website, platform, and digital services for invoicing, integrations, automation, and supplier workflows.
Accounts and permissions
Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. The customer is responsible for managing authorized users, protecting credentials, configuring permissions, and reviewing activity performed through its account and user accounts.
Service scope
IxaPro provides a business platform that may include invoice processing, AI automation, integrations with accounting or ERP systems, customer and supplier data management, procurement workflows, billing, and analytics, depending on the plan and features available to each customer.
Automation and AI
AI features help read documents and suggest classifications, matches, and alerts, but they do not replace qualified user review. The customer is responsible for approving final results before posting, issuing invoices, or making financial or operational decisions.
Integrations and synchronization
When IxaPro is connected to an external system, the customer authorizes the platform to exchange the data needed for integration and synchronization. The customer remains responsible for the selected system, access credentials, permissions, and any restrictions, fees, or terms imposed by the external provider.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, usage limits, AI credits, renewals, cancellation, and applicable taxes or fees are governed by the selected plan, order form, or commercial agreement. Some features may stop or become limited when a subscription expires or usage limits are exceeded.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, unlawful content, unauthorized access attempts, service disruption, circumvention of usage limits, infringement of third-party rights, or any use that harms the platform, its security, or its customers.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their business data and content. IxaPro uses that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and customers must not upload data they are not authorized to use or share within the platform.
Professional use and review
IxaPro provides operational tools for finance and procurement teams and does not replace accountants, tax advisors, or legal advisors. Qualified users should review invoices, taxes, entries, and decisions before approval, submission, or posting.
Availability and updates
We aim to provide a stable and secure service and may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements to features, interfaces, and integrations. Some services may be temporarily affected by maintenance, external-provider issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Intellectual property
IxaPro rights, designs, logos, software, models, documentation, and content remain owned by the owner or its licensors. Use of the service does not grant any right to copy, resell, decompile, or use the platform outside the authorized scope.
Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if these terms are breached, the platform or customers are put at risk, amounts remain unpaid, or a valid legal or security request requires action, subject to the applicable commercial agreement.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided according to the available features and applicable agreement. IxaPro is not responsible for decisions made using incomplete data, incorrect settings, unreviewed outputs, or failures of external systems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where relevant. Competent authorities or courts have jurisdiction over disputes unless a written agreement between the parties provides another lawful dispute-resolution mechanism.
